SKTM型台形ピストンリング端面研削盤は本工場で生産されたJK 3 M 8320型NC制御台形ピストンリング端面研削盤の基礎の上で、国内ピストンリング製造工場の生産状況と受け入れ能力を十分に考慮し、そして国外の最新輸入設備の利点と関連加工技術を吸収し、設計を変更し、開発したものである。従来の研削盤の外観、剛性、ガイドレールの耐摩耗、研削ヘッドの軸受化、材料投入操作の不便さなどの不足を補った。電気キャビネットには熱交換器が取り付けられており、システムが正常に動作していることを確認します。本工作機械クランプは具体的には直接自分の砥石の円周で修理することができ、これによりワークの加工精度に信頼性のある保証を提供することができる。ボールネジとガイドレール付はすべて潤滑点を取り付け、工作機械の寿命を延長した。
